"Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house."
