Tugun Beach House is the ultimate family friendly holiday home, located only steps from the golden sands of Tugun Beach.
The house is spread over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas.
The lower-level features one bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with single bunk beds, bathroom with walk in shower and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There is a casual living room with Smart TV, perfect for the kids after a long day at the beach. There is also a lovely courtyard area so you can relax outdoors in comfort on windy days!
The upper-level features master bedroom with king bed and ceiling fan and second bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan.
The main bathroom is very spacious and features an indulgent corner spa bath and shower plus separate toilet.
The upstairs loungeroom is comfortably furnished, with large flat screen smart TV and has both ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench and storage space.
There is a indoor dining area that seats 6, or enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony overlooking Tugun Beach. This is the ideal spot to check the surf in the morning, enjoy our stunning Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets and watch the skyline light up at night.
Tugun Beach House is literally steps from one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful beaches and only 50m from Tugun Surf Club, with the beach in front regularly patrolled.
Its also located in the heart of Tugun Village, which offers a range of cafes, restaurants and shops. You can leave the car at home, everything you need is within a couple minutes’ walk.
Tugun Beach House is pet friendly on application, so your dog can join you while you relax on holidays! Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.
Follow the Oceanway path north to Currumbin / Palm Beach and enjoy the great off leash dog park and beach
Tugun Beach House offers one driveway parking space, the garage is unavailable for guest use.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
