Hoteller nær Goat Island

"Our receptionist was friendly, but the room we booked was not what we received. We booked a room for four person capacity (3 actually staying in the room) Should have been a king bed and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room there was a king bed and a chair. We asked for a room with a sofa or a room with 2 beds. None available. They did bring us a small portable bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain so water ended up all over the floor. The lamp didn’t have a light switch. ...

"I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit my family. I have stayed many times. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good also. Convenient location in the town, close to restaurants."

"First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could...

"We checked in at 6:00 on Friday and the person at the desk was helpful and quick. Breakfast Saturday was great and the young man helping was extremely nice and helpful."

"Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. The only positive thing was the change of rooms I asked about. Having a knee...

"The two ladies @ the front desk were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Do’s & Don’t. Location, location was amazing. The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. My fur babies were also very comfortable."

"Upon arrival there was no hot water. The attendant at the desk told us that this has happened before and the issue should be fixed within an hour. It was not! We had to wait until the morning to get proper hot showers. Then the shower was extra slippery and the floor in the room was extra slippery. I have stayed at other Tru Hilton properties plenty in the past and have loved the experience but this one was horrible! It makes me rethink my loyalty to the brand!"
