"Needed an easy in and out overnighter for a paddling trip on the Tuckasegee River. This was perfect and convenient to so many places. The host was very responsive to any questions and made sure the cabin was cool and comfortable upon arrival. Very clean, well maintained and a well equipped kitchen."

"Me and my dogs really enjoyed our Little House getaway. While I do wish the water in the pond had been higher, that’s not anything controllable, and the frog chorus while we sat in the swing and watched the birds made up for it. You can tell a lot of love went into this place and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Charming mountain house with a wrap around deck and screened porch. Hot tub was great and kitchen details - like pot holders and corkscrew/bottle opener - appreciated very much. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). Very close to Soco Falls and Blue Ridge Parkway. A lovely secluded getaway that you won't want to leave. "

"This cabin is enchanted! Just perfect, and the setting is gorgeous. I expected Disney singing animals to come out of the woods - LOL. The cabin itself is wonderful. Super clean and welcoming. Great communication with Melissa. My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights, after attending a Clemson football game. A very scenic area. We enjoyed Sunday lunch at the Steak House Cafeteria in Walhalla. It was awesome. I highly recommend this property. We will be returning! Thanks Melissa for a memorable stay!"

"We had a great weekend stay! Home is located close to every attraction in the area. Downtown Sylva was our favorite area for shopping & dining. The cabin fit our group of 4 comfortably. Kitchen and living area was super cozy and we loved the additional lounge space. The 2nd bedroom is an open loft to the main living area. The host was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. "
