"The breakfast was good, the AC did not work I brought this to the attention of the worker and she informed me that they were fully booked and couldn’t change me rooms. It was 1am and we could not leave and take our children to a different hotel at that time. I let the man know when checking out and he told me that he would let the GM (Patrick) know and they would reach out to me. It is now Wednesday and have had no calls from anyone. "

"The staff was very friendly, and check in/out was very easy. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bathroom could use a little TLC, but that’s all. It was a good place for the price."

Still no regular roast coffee (brought my own this time), floor in the room still sticky, this time the TV lost connection in the evening and never came back on through the morning. As always, the staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location with so many places to dine and shop. The area surrounding the hotel is well groomed and I always feel safe there. The price is very reasonable. I will book again here. "

"Everything is nice from the hotel but the only thing was that the restroom sink the stopper did not work. I reported they said somebody was going to go but they only called the room and nobody showed up."

"Everything was very nice. For a hotel breakfast buffet it was well done. Clean hotel, rooms, and staff very helpful. Note- MetLife field is 2 miles, not 1 mile. I suggest getting a ride."

"Had an issue with shower doors! I called front desk. We went out for the day when we returned. The doors were fixed. Front desk was very helpful for all we needed."

"The room was not in the best condition. The vanity in the bathroom was damaged and there was hair on the floor when we arrived. The beds were also not very comfortable."

"Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation...
