"Our stay had a bit of a challenging start, but overall it turned into a meaningful and enjoyable time with our family.At check-in, there was an issue with the entry code not working, and it took some time to get everything resolved. Communication was a little delayed initially, and we did end up waiting outside longer than expected in very cold, wet weather before being able to get inside. Abbey is great. She gets back to you almost immediately.
