The property is located in a lovely cul-de-sac in the centre of Bearsden. The Garden Apartment is in the basement of a Bungalow at the top of the Avenue. It is very secluded and private and has its own entrance down stairs at the side of the house.

Guest have access to the garden and patio area, and parking spaces are provided in the driveway of the house on request.
