Jeg kunne ikke lide at der stod der var AC men der ikke var. Der var 30° på værelset, og når man reklamere for nedkølet værelset burde de også være det.

Syntes det rigtigt godt, og en dejlig lejlighed , dog mange pletter på gulvtæppe , god service ved ind og ud tjek, men noget morgen sur dame ved morgenmad

Kan anbefales
Det er nok ikke til at ændre, men når man har allergi, er det et problem med tæppe på gulvet. Ellers er det et fantastisk sted med god beliggenhed.

Godt hotel til fair pris
Godt hotel med pæn og moderne indretning beliggende i et kvarter med masser af pubber, cafeer og restauranter og centralt for Glasgows shoppingkvarter. Men deres wifi fungerede ikke optimalt. Simpel, men udemærket morgenmadsbuffet. Vil helt sikkert vælge samme hotel en anden gang.

I didnt like the local parking doesnt open until 7am and i has to leave at 5. They told me at the front desk they would send a special wifi access code, but they didnt, even when i asked again.

However, there is on street parking from 6pm - 8am which is FOC.I am so sorry that you never received your WIFI code. The WIFI codes are generated automatically to the email given by the guests at the time of booking by our system, these are not sent manually.

We stayed one night for a gig we were going to. Property was perfectly situated for that. Loads of nearby places to eat. We needed a taxi and reception booked that for us, they were friendly and helpful. Apartment was lovely, nice decor, clean tidy and fresh. Little welcome gift of cans of juice and some snacks waiting for us. Also chilled glass bottles to fill with tap water to put in the fridge, loved this. Robes and slippers too, nice touch.

The room was beautiful and location was within easy walking distance of bus lines and shopping. If you are looking for an easily accessible place to walk or bus from, I highly recommend Fraser Suites.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice the hotel itself is a little dated but it’s rooms are very big which is nice the area has lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s very walkable to everything but it can be noisy at night with the bars and restaurants being so close by in fact our room was overtop of a bar

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed but not much natural light. I would have liked the option of a hot breakfast but that is just my personal choice. The hotel is situated in a lively part of town with a large selection of bars and restaurants. This is great for those of you who like to party into the wee hours or heavy sleepers but I wouldn’t recommend if you are not. It is very noisy at night, right into the early hours which is the only downside to Fraser Suites for me. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay but the noise outside from the bars did keep us awake.

Great accommodation. Good walkable location . Would stay again . The only negative was the room above floor boards were noisey and the person staying was obviously trying to get their steps up and had us awake early and all morning walking about . We were room 208 .

I stayed here last night after getting a baby sitter for the first time in 8 months, we looked forward to a good night and relaxing stay but the noise level in the room was horrendous, reception staff just said oh sorry about that , they never actually cared it seemed

I love this hotel, however this time (our third stay) we were on the first floor and the noise from the pubs below was really loud. Also the emptying of the glass bins was horrific and went on all day into the early hours. I know this isn’t the fault of the hotel but next time I stay I’ll make a point of asking for a higher floor. The hotel was, as always, immaculate and the staff were lovely.

The property was fine however the room noise during the night was terrible between alarms on the street and the constant traffic allowing for zero sleep. It appears after speaking to reception in the morning that the room is renowned for this so perhaps asking for an inside room is required although this info beforehand would have been helpful

The staff were truly amazing. As we traveled overnight from Canada they got us into a room asap after we arrived. Rooms were nice and clean, only thing I can say is hearing the street and pubs if you are not used to it but otherwise we would return in a heartbeat.

Exceptional
This was our third visit to this hotel and once again it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are luxurious and warm and clean with everything you would need from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bed. Perfectly located for adventures in the great city of Glasgow. Welcoming and friendly staff. Discount on the parking at the carpark just around the corner - but this system has recently changed to a pre-booking online system which we weren’t aware of when we booked the hotel. We were still able to receive the discount but needed to ‘ring for assistance’ to leave the carpark as the start time was technically an hour after we parked, though we did leave the car park an hour before end time. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Glasgow.
