Desværre virkede elevatoren ikke, og det er ikke sjovt, når man er næsten 80 og skal op på 4. sal med tunge kufferter! Hotellet havde dog en mand klar til at bære. Ifølge ham havde elevatoren været i udu i 4 uger! Bortset fra det og med håb om, at der snart bliver gjort noget ved det, kan hotellet varmt anbefales."
