"Very good location of the compound, just 15min walking from the main walking path, couple of minutes to the bus station, couple of minutes to the sea. "It was a lovely spacious apt with all the amenities needed to cook. Fabulous view for sunrises and sunsets. Short walk to town with lots of restaurants and stores. "

"this was a really lovely place, the photos do not do it justice. We arrived last minute after refusing to stay at another place that was awful and dirty that expedia refuses to remove from their website. HOWEVER, despite us arriving in at about 10.30 pm the owners her helped us settle in. location : Initially I thought it was going to be too far to walk to the marina but its closer than they state on the details. we walked everywhere. theres also a taxi company right at the end of the road....

"The proparty is situated in the old town of Fethiye close to the harbour and not far from a dolmus stop. Everything is nearby. The appartement looks new and very clean. Very friendly host. If you needed somerhing it was brought to you immediatly. We can recomment it to everybody who is liooking for a nice stay in Fethiya. "

"We have just enjoyed another fantastic holiday at the Sunshine Apartments, so much so we have rebooked with Erkan again for next year. He is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble he even helped with arranging our transfers to and from Dalaman Airport The apartment is well equipped with everything anyone would need, a real home from home Great location with access to lots of lovely restaurants only a stones throw away. Complex is very quiet and has a lovely swimming pool right outside...

"Good points: Place is bigger than pictures show. Nicely furnished apartment and clean. Owner was nice and helpful. Bad points: on main road into Datca, really loud at night and wakes the kids up. Kitchen could do with more utensils/pans for people staying longer. Blankets on bed were a bit rubbish. Not too far from sea but it is up a hill. Shower didnt work well when we were there, owner tried to fix it but wasnt sorted by the time we left"
