One driver, Felix was ok in bringing us to the villa but did not reply to my texts fro departure transportation. The only downside is that it’s not truly an all inclusive hotel. The food is included and some drinks. However, if you’re at the beach, which is off the property, there isn’t a bar. The pool has a bar, only during dedicated hours. We made it work, but it’s good to set that expectation if you are looking...
