Villaer i Gili Meno

"We booked a trip for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9) and were only provided one bed. We got a terrible folding bed after complaining. We were made to sign a waiver of liability for injury or death of our children, because the hotel was not suited for children. We booked an all inclusive package and were met with the message that tap water was all that was included besides meals. Only after several complaints to you and the hotel, did they agree to include non alcoholic beverages. This is not all inclusive. This is full board. When you pay significant money for all inclusive, you don’t expect to have to pay for a (not very good) coffee and a local beer. The view is amazing and the staff is generally friendly. They are not at fault for poor management."

Herudover en god restaurant hvor man kan sidde i restauranten eller på stranden samt pool med bar. God service hele vejen rundt. Dette hotel kan bestemt anbefales. "

"Perfect location for snorkeling, with lots of sea turtles in front of the hotel. You can literally spot turtles bobbing up for air from the sun loungers, and the staff member who helped with the free snorkel equipment or canoes was also very helpful in spotting them. We had a lovely 4-night stay in big and well-maintained rooms. The only hiccup was that one afternoon they decided to move a switch from the entrance to near the beds and had to refill a hole in the wall with some hastily applied, strong-smelling epoxy near our bed pillows! They tried to cover the smell with some incense sticks, but it was most likely not that healthy to sleep nearby. It might not be fair to mention specific names as all the staff were really lovely and helpful, but we need to mention “Dani” who provided extraordinary service. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and happy hour, as well as one evening with a fresh fish BBQ. The two pools in the middle were great when the tide made it a little tricky to avoid risking damage to the corals. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here if we ever return to Gili Meno. "

"Lidt slidte værelser, skønt poolområde. Poolen åbner tidligt, men poolehåndklæderne kommer først v 9:00 tiden. Et fantastisk sted rolige omgivelser, smukt og lige ved stranden, helt sikkert et sted jeg kan anbefale til et længere ophold. "
