"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"It was fine. Nothing great but nothing bad. We couldn’t check in on the self check-in - but luckily the reception was staffed then (indoor think it’s staffed always). Bathroom seemed a bit like a train-bathroom due to the choice of flooring and wall covers. We only stayed on night and didn’t need anything other than a place to sleep- to which this place was fine."

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. "Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...
