There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works.
I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice.
If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again. "

"Hotellet ligger 2-3 minutters gåafstand fra Birchwod Park industrikvarter og er velegnet for erhvervsrejsende. Hvis man ønsker at besøge Liverpool og Manchester er det vanskeligt at gå til stationen, da der ikke er rigtige fortov alle steder.
Selv stedet er med små, men rene værelser, idet jeg fik et af de nyrenoverede værelser.
Man har et alsidigt restaurant udvalg, men det kan mærkes på priserne, at man ikke har alternativer med mindre man er i bil.

The man who provided tea making bits was super nice. I managed to leave my fan remote behind and it hadn't turned up when I first rang but another lovely man took my details and said he would see if he could track it down. He rang me back , having found it ,and asked what I would like to do I asked if they could post it to me which they agreed...

The main bed was very firm and the sofa bed had its springs secured to the frame (in case of spring thief I assume) which made it dip in the middle. We took the very thin mattress off the sofa bed and laid it on the floor so it was at least flat. We actually all slept very well so no complaints afterwards. In the room we were greeted by a kettle but no cups and no tea or coffee - confused I asked reception and apparently it was the morning...

"There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. "
