"Everything was comfy-cozy, a perfect place to stay while enjoying Bastrop. The hosts were very welcoming, and allowed me privacy to enjoy my time. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the town. I hope to visit Bastrop again, and would stay here, for sure. Be aware that there are steps to access the house, for those with mobility issues."

"Stayed at the 1450 during a weekend get a way visiting historic Round Top. The house and property was very clean with top notch amenities. Would definitely recommend. "

"It was amazing I would recommend this place to all. The only thing I can think of is I’m short and was hard to get in big beds, a little stool would help. Beds were comfortable and big. Area was nice and quiet. Both porches were very nice."

"We had such a great stay at this Vrbo! Pet friendly – our furry friend was welcomed right along with us. Cold A/C – a lifesaver in the Texas heat. Plenty of hot water – no fighting over showers! "Charming old house & quiet town...perfect for a respite for long term caregiver. I recommend some kind of safety aid for in & out of the shower/tub combo, though. "
