"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The owner has no business being in hospitality. Although his manager, Efya, did her best to make up for his lapses, the final straw came when we were told that an iron and ironing board could not be delivered to our rooms, and that we would instead have to pay extra to have our clothes ironed for us. "Kind staffs,beautiful place"

"The place did not even exist. I was unable to get in contact begore landing and upon landing the address did not exist. When i finally spoke to someone they said thete was a problem with place that was actually listed on expedia and sent me to another place in a totally different neighborhood. It was horrible experience after traveling for 12 hours. I stayed one night at their 'alternative ' space and then found other accommodations. This is some kind of scam so beware!"

"The house was spacious, very clean & well organized. The tv living room did not work, but worked in other rooms. The bathroom windows needed curtains on them. The staff was very polite & professional. My main issue was the distant from Accra, but close to certain attractions. "

"The place is a scam! Scam! Scam!The manager told me there's no room for me in their hotel for after I showed my receipt and hotel reservations to him he said he didn't get no notification from hotels.com he got very aggressive with me over the phone and asked me to leave and payment has been made through the hotels.com app prior to that the location on the app is not accurate to where the hotel is the location takes you to an unknown place.its a setup to rip people off their hard earned money...
