"Warning! Stay away at all costs!!! Extremely noisy and hot apartment! I was looking for a quiet place to stay with my 10 year old son who can be very sensitive to noise. More than a month in advance I requested a quiet room with windows not facing the busy street. Despite of this request we were allocated room 15 with the window facing the busy Uxbridge Rd. So much noise from the busy street! Could hear police sirens every second minute. Lots of traffic with cars and busses. And not very...

"Before even landing in London I wrote with the personnel and had such a nice experience where they listened to all of my needs and where very fast at responding. And on the day we checked in they even wrote to us when the room was finished a bit before the regular check in time. Really great service. The apartment we had rented was perfect for what we needed! Very clean and even had coffee capsules and shampoo. Great location central to everything and close to supermarkets and the underground...

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"The breakfast was quite small and the exact same every day. Would have loved some more variation on that point. Maybe some eggs or cheese. The bed in the room we sleept in was very tiny compared to what we usually have. It was definitely not a double bed 😅 The location was amazing and we really loved our room and view and the staff was friendly. Would love to come again!! "

Perfect for our vacation with two teenagers who needed their own space. Nicole was responsive and helpful with advice. Tube and bus stations were easy to access - bus stop is just outside the flat. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from the Tesco around the corner and you are all set. Would definitely return!"

"Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London."

"The location is the main draw but the apartment itself lacks on many fronts. I booked the basement studio with a patio. You'll struggle to haul luggage down the narrow stairwell to the lower ground. Studios are small and closely packed together so you can hear every door slam, every footstep and voices - this was frustrating when a neighbouring guest chose to blare loud music till 4AM. The upside is the studio kitchenette is very well-equipped with appliances too - facilities best accommodate...
