"This is a lovely getaway with great hosts who work hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Our only problem was that being our first time staying in muskoka in the winter we were not prepared for everything being closed. It is a pretty location and I'm sure in the summer there are more options. "

"We were really happy with our 3 night stay - our kids shared the room with the bunk beds while the two adult couples split up the remaining two rooms. We spent most of our time out at the dock - swimming, fishing and kayaking. Only minor point for improvement is the need for a few more outdoor chairs but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made the experience seamless. We'd definitely book again."

"The house… 10/10 The property… 10/10 The location… 10/10 The amenities… 10/10 Cleanliness… 10/10 Perfect spot for dogs & kids… 10/10 Snakes…. 0/10 (this was a non-issue for everybody in our group except for me as I have a snake phobia so if you do too, this wouldn’t be the property for you). "We had a family get away with children ranging in age 3-12, and everyone had a great time. It is a beautiful spot and the cottage is roomy and comfy to accommodate the whole family. The host was great in communication and answering questions."
