Staff were very pleasant and professional. They were also very responsive to our concerns.
Unfortunately, our daughter phoned ahead for a room upgrade which resulted in a room with a fireplace that didn't work, tv remote with dead batteries, insufficient outlets to plug in all of the lamps in the room, torn curtain linings, grout work being needed in the bathroom, and a mixer in the shower that had been installed backwards so that the hot and cold were reversed. The staff did offer to move us.
The Inn has been lovely in its day, but needs some attention to common spaces such as the pool area where condensation is not managed. The fitness room has no water, towels, disinfectant spray, or mirror and insufficient room to stretch.
Our stay overall, was ok, but not the quality experience we hoped for over the holidays.
