"It was very clean central location close to the town"

"Staff/service was very slow. There was no hot water running in our room. The entire stay went by and we were having cold showers. There is no kettle in the room, so you can not get boiling water for a tea or coffee after 10 pm. The coffee machine was not working in our room. The safe wasn’t working when we first arrived; shortly after, the engineer arrived and fixed it- so we were able to use the safe in the room during our stay. "I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a room with a balcony. However, as there was no leisure area next to the pool, but only a narrow "patio" with café style tables and chairs next to a highway with very heavy traffic, the pool was useless. Furthermore, as the rooms all faced a covered courtyard, where the restaurant was, the balconies were in an enclosed space 3 meters above the guests in the restaurant, so also useless.
