"Staff and hotel were both excellent."

"Loved the stay the staff was amazing!!"

"This is really a nice secure, stay, the atmosphere is very peaceful and host is goes above and beyond to take good care of his guests, I highly recommend"

"The staff was warm and engaging. They were ready to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the fitness center. The restaurant provided a variety of delectable options. And the price was reasonable."

"I arrived one day after my actual check in date since my flight was delayed for one day, upon arrival at the property I was welcomed by a young Africa female who advised me to contact Expedia and they will approve one night refund since my flight was delayed. I communicated with the property through Expedia message all the while I was at the airport, they are fully aware of the delayed flight information and advised me that they have approved the refund. "The on line images were misleading. Dangerous spiral stairs to climb to get to the second floor and equally dangerous to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedroom, which is one floor above"

"Good location for business travelers and good value for money."

"Good price and service in the area"

"We stayed at the Emerald Apartment INC on Garnette Street and the apartment was very clean with all the amenities such as a stove, kettle, microwave, fridge and a TV. The rooms was very cold and nice. The staff was warm and friendly. Public transportation was easy to get right outside the property. There are lots of shops nearby. We would definitely be staying at this property whenever we visit guyana."

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."

"The room was rather dark and worn. Bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. Standard not living up to the price. "

As I walked in, the building was still under construction and big noise ( chain saw) was heard day and night. The sheet was visibly covered with dirt and I had to ask them to replace with new one. The bottom of shower divider was covered with a thick lay of black, moldy stains Secondary, I reserved a large room with 50% more pay, however they assigned me a tiny room with single bed Mostly...
