Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees.
