COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees who provide higher quality, greater security and personal accountability. We never utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants and personal protection equipment. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner, for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
