"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and having a mall in the same building was a great convenience, with additional dining and shopping options. The only area for improvement would be a little more variety at breakfast, as the selection was quite similar each day. "Great service"

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."

"Me & my wife Stayed for 8 days at the Ramada hotel . Staff was very helpful . Breakfast was good , room service was good. Pool was very clean . Only negative about the hotel is that the manager is a very rude person. Was at the pool & he told us we couldn’t be there for some reason which was part of the hotel .!"
