"Super dejligt sted. Utroligt meget plads. 2 soveværelser, et opholdsværelse/køkken og to toilletter og et bad. Ren og dejlig pool med basket net. Bordtennisbord til fri afbenyttelse. Strandstole lige nedenfor pool på stranden. Meget få turister. Eneste minus var at restaurant først åbnede 2 dage efter vores hjemrejse. "

"The most amazing and stunning home! We booked Seas the Day for my husband's 40th birthday celebration for 5 couples. It was so nice for each couple to have their own room and bathroom. The common areas were the perfect size and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always nice to find in a VRBO. "The pictures don’t do this place justice. My family of 7 and my in laws stayed a week at Poco a poco and little poco. It was spacious, clean and the property is amazing! The views from the house are breathtaking. Eric and Mrs. Hinzey are great. Communication was excellent. We had everything we needed and more and had a wonderful stay!"

"Jennie was very responsive prior to and during our stay. The location of the house is wonderful and it is equipped with everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. If we visit Exuma again, we would definitely have Jennie host our family again. "

"Our family stayed here for Spring Break. Ayana (local concierge) was great to work with. She was super helpful and even met us at the airport. The home is in good shape overall and had everything that we needed to cook 8-10 meals over the space of the week. There are a couple of items that could use some maintenance work - the largest of which was that the sliding door to the backyard was really difficult to move. My 11 year old and 17 year old needed help to get it open (from the outside)...

"Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning.
