"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. The kitchen is very functional. Bathroom are ok however during our stay we have had to wait a few minutes before having hot...

"Lovely stay! The concierge did not communicate with us the day of arrival and we were waiting outside for a 45Minutes before they texted back and sent an email detailing how to access the location. Aside fromThat small hiccup the owner was responsive to all messages, the place was lovely, stay was great. Amazing visit. "

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year."

"Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern gebucht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, super Ausstattung (von Microwelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spiele und Spielsachen für die Kids), sehr sauber. Zum Strand ca. 10min zu Fuß. Der Pool war klasse. Das Grundstück ist abschließbar und hat 2 PKW Stellplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (eLeclerc und Lidl) in der Nähe. Toller Strand mit genügend Parkmöglichkeiten (Ticket pro Tag 6€). Elisabeth ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch kann man Handtuchpaket...

Voisinage calme, piscine sympa, et accès facile au centre ville en 15 mn par un bus gratuit. Propriétaires agréables et serviables. A recommander."
