Hyggeligt hotel
Et hyggeligt lille hotel af en kæde på 5 hoteller i byen. Venligt personale og varmt og hyggeligt. Et sted jeg godt kunne vende tilbage til. Bemærk hvis i ønsker fitness skal i på søster hotel lidt oppe af gade. Morgen mad Take-away gik lidt galt men info men det kan jo ske.

Hyggeligt hotel i hyggeligt kvarter.
Super hyggeligt hotel. Indretningen er sjov - og kan opfattes som en gimmick, men det ændrer ikke ved at værelserne er hyggelige og store og hotellet er hyggeligt. 150 meter fra et tram stop - så det er nemt at komme rundt, og med flere gode barer og restauranter lige uden for døren (og hos dem selv).

Very nice theme hotel
The Edelweiss is a super cosy and nice (and fun) theme hotel. The have really gone all the way to make you feel like you are staying in a Swiss chalet. At the same time they have not forgotten that good service is a prerequisite for a nice stay. I recommend this hotel very much. The hotel has free wifi - which is quite fast, and easy to connect to (even with several devices)

Skønt tyrolerhotel nær alt hvad man har brug for
Jeg har boet på hotel Edelweiss mange gange, og det er mit favorithotel, når jeg er på forretningsrejse i Geneve. Det ligger supercentralt for både restauranter, park og butikker, og i gåafstand fra mange kontorer. Området er hyggeligt med et lille torv, og der er kun to gader ned til den smukke Geneve Sø, hvor man kan gå en morgen- eller aftentur, eller hænge ud efter arbejde, hvis det er godt vejr. Det er lige i udkanten af Red light distriktet, men det har jeg nu aldrig mærket noget til. Det er et sjovt lokalt præget hotel i tyrolerstil, temmelig kitch men på en fed måde. Der er en rigtig god morgenmadsrestaurant, hvor man også kan spise om aftenen, hvis man trænger til noget godt bondemad akkompagneret af traditionel tyrolermusik og lederhosen. Skønt hotel med flink betjening, som har været den samme i mange år.

Loved the decor, nice touches in the room to feel traditional Swiss. Location is excellent, literally around the corner from the lake. Had self-controlled AC.

The upgrade to the larger suite was lovely, plus birthday surprises as well. The dinner in the restuarant was superb, and everyone should do the fonsue cooking lesson, so much fun and cheese.

Rude staff. Loud music from bar until late 1am. Room were not what I asked for. Room temp was over 80 degrees I. Both rooms.

Room was clean and inviting. Linens in excellent condition. Water and chocolates placed in side table for us. Sofa bed was made up, ready to use which was very much appreciated. Would recommend hotel.

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée. Décoration montagnarde chaleureuse. Dans la chambre, on quitte la ville pour se retrouver dans une ambiance typique des sommets. Hôtel proche du lac à pieds. Pas de parking sur place.

This property has really nice decor, cozy ambiance and staff were very helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are modern but small. If you are tall, the shower in our room would not have worked for you. This varies by room as our second room, the shower height was fine. Restaurant food and service was very good. Location was convenient to the lake but it was loud outside at night as there is a pub open until 5am near by. We heard people screaming outside on the street at 3am. Also, you can smell the cheese fondue throughout the reception - if you are sensitive to smells or not a fan of the smell of cheese, this will bother you. The elevator is also very small but this is common in Switzerland. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A really lovely cosy hotel a skip from the lake. Fantastic restaraunt with live music to accompany the meal. A one man umpa band including a giant horn extraveganza. Nice breakfast too.

Un serveur malhonnête..( avec lunette dans la 50 aines ) apres avoir demander poliment un chocolat chaud ,pour le boire en terrasse nous a remballer comme des merdes. Aucun professionnalisme, qui ne sais pas gerer son stress..

Aunque el hotel estaba parcialmente vacío nunca nos hicieron el upgrade de habitación. Tampoco nos dieron la botella de vino. Y lo peor de todo es que no hicieron la limpieza. Cuando regresamos de pasear, el cuarto estaba como lo dejamos antes de salir. Si entraron a la habitación pues dejaron unos chocolates, pero no tendieron las camas, ni limpiaron el baño. Muy mal. No regresaría nunca más. No lo recomiendo.
