"Dirty"

"We had a great stay overall! This was our second year staying at Deer Ridge Resort, and we ended up getting the exact same condo both times. The mountain view right from the deck is absolutely amazing. We traveled by car with 2 adults and 4 kids to enjoy the fall foliage. During our trip, we spent time at the clubhouse, took in the breathtaking scenery, and saw lots of active wildlife around—including elk, turkeys, geese, and even a bear on our drive down the mountain! We also plan to stop by...

"Fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. 5 stars"

"Its so nice to stay here"

"Spiders and spider webs and dusty behind dresser, under bed and base boards, under bed and closet. The new upgrade was awesome but I hate spiders and dust and I’m pretty sure most people do, sorry but you asked"

"It was cozy but the location was very close to the county dump. Room wasn’t ready so we had to move rooms twice and spent half a day waiting on them to come clean the room after saying they would be there first thing in the morning and would help us move the stuff. I had to move all the stuff twice "

"Great!"

"This property is located in a quiet spot yet close to everything we wanted to do. The bus is very cozy for 2 people. We were able to sit and relax in the evening. It was nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes. The bus was very clean. They only thing ai would recommend would be tinting the windows to help with the summer heat."

"Everyone in my family was very satisfied with the accommodations and location. Kathleen was very helpful and always answered."

"The property was easy to get to. It was quiet and not busy with people coming and going all the time. The room was clean."

"The property is within a five minute to the main strip of Gatlinburg. The property was well maintained, full of modern conveniences and my family thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Host did amazingly well with communication throughout our stay and we left satisfied with our visit!"
