The host had great communication and we loved the location. The drive to the condo is very curvy and steep in some parts, but we loved it. The condo did have a little bit of a musty smell and I’m sure that’s because of the age of it but all in all, it was a great place to stay for the price.

It was a great stay. The roads when wet from the rain made it hard to get up to the top at times but overall we really enjoyed the room and how clean it was.

The Condo was perfect, the view was awesome and super close to Ober Mountain. The Condo it self was immaculate and we loved all the pictures of the bears( hoping you took all those yourself) My family loved it and next year we will be coming back.

The condo was very nice. Everything we needed was available. On arrival, heck in was very easy. The condo was very clean and ready to go. Instructions were all very clear and concise. This condo is on top of the mountain, so be aware that it is an interesting drive up.

Wonderful cabin for family stay

Everyone was comfortable. The teen had her own room/bathroom. She loved being able to enjoy the pool. We enjoyed the space. The only complaint was that some of the doors were difficult to lock or didn’t lock at all, but the area felt so safe that we weren’t concerned much with that. Very comfortable, convenient and clean space. We loved it! Saw a few bears meandering around, so that was fun!

A tired condo.

The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable, but this is a tired condo. The windows and the bolt to the patio don’t lock. There is peeling paint in the bathrooms. The ceiling is only 6’6” in the bathrooms and the kitchen, which feels really cramped. The view is mainly of utility lines and other properties, not a clear view of the mountains. The foosball game has broken men, so that was a disappointment. There is also a large crucifix by the front door, bibles next to the beds, and some of the artwork is religious. We would not have rented this place if that imagery was shown in the pictures. The community hot tub never got warmer than 97 degrees. The game room has a video console with buttons that don’t work. This is a really tired condo community in need of updates and some love and attention.

Great location

I was very impressed with the condo, it had everything we needed during our stay, the location was great, a little scary the first time at night going up the steep hills and narrow roads to the condo but I have realized that is to be expected in that area. We were a short 8 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We saw bears outside the condo having a feast in the dumpster that someone left unlocked but we enjoyed watching them and we saw a bear on Ski Mountain Road one night driving down to town. The only complaint if I can call it that was the check in message stated it was the first building on the left and ground floor unit and it was the second building on the right and second floor unit and the condo is smaller than I thought and I looked at several in the same place and they all looked larger than they are. If we had been expecting to spend time there I might have been disappointed that I didn’t go with the usual cabin rental but for a long weekend it was perfect we were rarely there but to sleep and get ready in the morning. Overall it was a great trip and place and I would stay again.

Sisters in the Smoked Mts

Peaceful location in the mountains. There were 3 of us. We encourage 1 of your party to be highly focused while driving up and down the mountain while the rest enjoy the scenery. We observed bears at a safe distance on two different occasions on the way up. The place was clean and the property manager was easy to contact with any questions. Fully enjoyed the table in the evenings where we caught up on cards/games. Plenty in the area to keep you busy, but a great place to start and end your day.

Amazing condo at the very top of the mountain above Gatlinburg . Seen bears 3 different times within a mile of the condo. Just walking along the road. The 1st while approaching the entrance to the condos.

Top of the World on Ski View Drive

The 2 bedroom condo at the top of Ski View Drive was literally at the top of the mountain with incredible views along the way. The drive up the windy road was worth it for the seclusion and quiet from the bustling town below. Getting in and out was easy with parking right outside the unit. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, hot water pressure was good and high-speed internet was more than adequate. Teresa was quick to respond to questions/issues that came up, but also gave us plenty of space to make this our private retreat. Remember to lock your cars as bears have been taught to open car doors. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

Great process and wonderful property. Well lit parking area. Beds were really comfortable. High in the mountain so great views. Everything we needed in the unit. Enjoyed the pictures on the walls. Be careful driving on mountain roads. I’m used to it but everyone may not be.
