"The shower curtain was torn and would close to keep water off the floor. The floors was dirty like they never mop them. You put your towels on the outside of your door but don’t get any clean ones in return "

They keep with the historic and vintage history of the building and decor while offering clean well appointed rooms and concierge style services. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good restaurant: while not quiet elegance, the food is quite good. Only drawback: no EV chargers."

"We had a single night in the hotel, during a roadtrip. We arrived around 19:00 and luckely it was in due time to visit the pool area, which is really nice.
The checkin was easy, and the hotel is very nice.

"The cottage was comfortable, quiet, clean, and a pleasant place to relax at the end of the day. Booking (as well arrival/departure) was easy and Jean was pleasant and accommodating. The outdoor area is lovely as well."

The only down side was the main elevator being down and everyone having to use tie service elevator. The wait time was a litte extended at times but everyone understood. The steps were not an option. All and all we enjoyed our stay. "
