"We enjoyed our stay at this property; it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We took advantage of the bike rentals on the beach and local restaurants. Just a few updates would make this a five-star stay. The furniture on the main floor seating room off the kitchen is worn and dirty (it could definitely benefit from updating/ better seating options), and the bathrooms are fairly dated. There is what appears to be a separate, third floor apartment...

"My family of 6 (4 kids ages 6 - 12) loved this place. Lots of space, clean and functional. A very short easy walk to the Disney parking shuttle. Host was very responsive to messages. We did not use the pool, but only due to lack of time in our busy schedule. Would 100% stay again."

"We stayed here to visit DisneyLand which is 5-10 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is calm. The dedicated parking for one car helps a lot. "

"We had a wonderful time at this place. I agree with some comments is like being on a private beach, away from crowded area. I love that the owners thought of most little things that matter like having waterholes to remove sand before getting in to the house, little night lights in the rooms, wonderful smelling body wash, hair wash and conditioner, hand soap, dish soap with new Sponge, fans, flashlight and so much more. You would need to bring your own umbrella, wine opener and a lighter incase...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended! "

"This apartment/condo is a real gem. It was perfect for our family of 5 and the decor made me feel relaxed from the moment we stepped in. The beds were really comfortable and our in youngest son (12) slept fine on the futon with the mattress topper. The outside area was really great and we also enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed."
