"For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...

"So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. Also, the curtains were hanging down a bit, which is unfortunate as the rest of the room was great. The hot water in...

"The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be...

"Meget rent og pænt. Venlig personale. God morgenbuffet. Varmt vand i bruseren. Ligger meget nemt i forhold til Plaza de Armas."

"Nous sommes arrivés très tard en soirée et avons été très bien accueillis 😊 Bonne emplacement, l'arrêt de l'autobus de la compagnie IncaRail est à 1 minutes ! Le petit déjeuner à la chambre était très bon !"

"Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended."

"Good experience "

"Internettet fungerede meget dårligt. Det var nærmest umuligt fx at se en video på YouTube. Vandtrykket i bruseren var meget svagt, og vandet var periodevist varmt. Men ellers var placering af hotellet perfekt og rummet var dejligt stort og vi fik meget for pengene. Morgenmaden var super og vi fik fine madpakker med til vores tidlige udflugter."
