"Staying at Numazu Club was magical. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The stuff was very welcoming and made every wish possible. "Everything was beautiful! The Koi pond was one of the biggest highlights. The staff was incredibly helpful, even to English speaking visitors. The area was beautiful and quaint. This was a wonderful way to wind down after 10 days of nonstop walking and traveling across Japan!"

The hotel advertises late checkout but I was told that 11:00 am constitutes late checkout. This seems like a bit of a scam to me. Made my departure more rushed than a I planned for it to be."

"Incredible. Setsuko-san and the rest of the staff were amazing. The ryokan is beautiful and peaceful. Meals were among the best I’ve ever had, and they were so accommodating with my picky kids. The onsen are wonderful. Seriously, we can’t wait to come back."
