"Beautiful property. Clean spacious rooms. Can plan a two day trip to this place, which would include a day trip to Shimla. Kid friendly. Housekeeping is slow, very slow. Rest all was good. "

"Very good stay staff very helpful very clean "

"Amazing service and beautiful view from the hotel. A bit hard to find the hotel (took us 30 minutes). Great parking. Food a bit overpriced "

"We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion while visiting from the USA. The staff was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and we look forward...

"The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively...

"Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel."

"The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice."

"Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction. There are no 23 teas offered and the menu is limited and no longer intercontinental. What rooms and facilities are left are in serious need of updating. The biggest problem is that they only accept cash and...

"Hotel is great, staff very helpfull. I will like to stay here next time. "

"I enjoyed two nights at Amor Haven, it was very peaceful and relaxing, there are great views all around, local monkeys and good restaurants nearby. It is good value and I recommend it."
