The shopping mall Forum and bus stops, where you can easily get to/from the airport by shuttle bus, are just a 5-minute walk away.

This apartment has a private balcony and pool view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is located in the part of Funchal that is very popular with tourists and beachgoers, with 5-star hotels, lively bars and restaurants serving delicious food.

Equipped with everything you need for a unique stay, spacious, comfortable and inviting. The main living area has a smart TV, a sofa where you can comfortably watch your shows and a large round table where you can enjoy your meals, invite friends and work as a digital nomad. With travel adapters, wireless charging and of course WiFi, you are always well connected. A Sonos Smart Speaker completes the entertainment experience and makes enjoying music and everyday life easier with Airplay2 and (G)oogle Assistant or Alexa. Outside on the balcony with a wonderful view of Lido and the panoramic garden, there is a table and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunrise, have breakfast, relax and listen to the silence of the waves. Close your eyes, you are in paradise!

The kitchen is fully equipped and will meet all culinary needs. A wine rack is a special eye-catcher with its unusual shape.

A king-size bed (180 x 200) in the bedroom is made up with hotel-quality linen and ensures a restful night's sleep. The bathroom with walk-in shower offers everything you need to freshen up, including free fresh towels and toiletries.

Washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board are available, so you always have fresh clothes even on a longer stay.

Shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, detergent and also garbage bags are provided for the duration of your stay. To welcome you, coffee, various types of tea and chocolate will also be available for you for the first days.

For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned.

Even though this property is generally a self-check-in accommodation, I will always try to greet guests personally and also give recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. You will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

The airport has a public shuttle bus that can take you directly to the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) discovered, I fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For stays of 8 days or more, an additional set of fresh towels and bed linen to change, and an additional cleaning are offered free of charge
