"Me and a fellow colleague rented this wonderful Riverview house for 21 days. We were there for work, one of us on nights one of us on days. The host worked with me to get in there for an early check-in and available for any questions I had they had everything there that I needed very very quiet place."

What I got was nesting eagles in the tree out my window, a nightly roaring fire with ample wood supply, super responsive host, welcome wine and snacks, comfortable beds and high end baths, white linens and privacy. If you don’t mind steps to enter the home, and some personal touches throughout (books, candles, travel trinkets, mugs, condiments, kid fun) you will enjoy your stay very much! Want a pristine hotel, choose a hotel. Want eagles, geese and pelicans + a private stay...

"The property was the perfect place for our family get together during a tough time. Enough room for everyone to hang out together or have their own space too. Can only imagine how much more wonderful in the summer it can be with the pool. The Host was great with communication and information. Just also cant say enough of being able to watch the sunrises along the river. Would definitely stay here again."

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed, I had a busy weekend planned and the Three Little Birds River House made me wish I had allowed more time to just relax at the rental. I found the Quad Cities to be delightful, so really, the only thing I would change when returning is planning a longer visit. Highly recommend:)"

"We came back for a memorial service and used the time to have an early Christmas with family. There was a great charcuterie waiting for us and tons of baking ingredients stocked. Loved that they had travel size toiletries in each bathroom. Highly recommend."
