"Sadly we only stayed there one night which wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. Would've stayed longer but it's WAY over priced. The jetted tub was nice. The coffee table and dining table were damaged. The mountain/forest area around it was very nice. It's really close to neighboring houses, not as secluded as the pictures would have you think. "

"Machiko-san was the best host! She was so nice, interested in us and shared her knowledge and stories. I was in awe of the rooms, so beautiful and clean. It was very authentic and relaxing and we felt at home and very welcome. Thank you Machiko-san for this experience "

"Alt var super fint ❤️"

"Meget rent og lidt gammelt hotel. Ingen bar eller lounge, lyset lukkes 22:30. WiFi periodisk nede. Hotellet var lækkert for 50 år siden. Er du under 70 år skal du kigge efter et hotel tættere på Kawaguchiko. Relativt dyrt i forhold til andre hoteller i Kawaguchiko. Maden var rigtig god, både morgenmad og middag. Onzen var rigtig fin og der er mulighed for massage. Generelt en fin oplevelse men vi savnede mere liv om aftenen."

"Food was good, room was nice and clean, the staff was amazing and extremly helpfull, up and beyond any expectations!"

"Amazing place to feel at home in a new country. Views were amazing, we did find a huge spider in the sheets but what can we do in the woods??"

"깨끗한 객실 좋다"

"I would say this was an average experience. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was a low quality buffet. Not worth purchasing if not included in the room-fare. The room is old, but maintained properly. The location is nice, but the signs for parking could be better. It was fair value for the price."

"Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown."

"Fint hotel med meget venligt personale. Kan godt anbefales"

"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. We were also able to watch the Monkey Show at half price because the villa is operated by the theater next door. It was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable."
