"We've stayed at quite a few VRBO properties but this is one of the best. You can either carry out your vacation on site or travel 30 minutes to Portland or just a little bit more to all of Maine's great beaches. "This spot was the perfect location for a quiet, kid free girls weekend. The property is absolutely beautiful and has easy access to the water for some swimming or fishing. The camp itself was cozy but also spacious enough. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of space for activities, plus we all had our own bed! All in all we had an amazing weekend and made great memories that we will never forget."

"We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit."

"The property has a lot of potential. There is no sandy beach access on the property , just the long dock area. Not sure if another party left right before we arrived, beds were made and it was tidied , but could have used a better overall cleaning. (Floors , countertops, mopping etc.) Definitely a campground feel. Overall beautiful views and had a wonderful stay ."
