I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. "Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! "
