The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! "The hotel is located in walking distance to sightseeing areas. It is very run-down and should be categorized as a 2 star hotel and not 3 star. We did not have any hot water in the shower.
