"Call before booking.. pool is already broke and it was the only reason we reserved it (bad back).. then at the time of booking it shows a bathtub.. we get to the room no bathtub either.. they said the room I booked didn't have one but I still have screenshots of it showing in the room .. they would not refund me what I paid and cancel my room... They would only give free food.. I demanded something if I was forced to stay there.. I explained they should update their web page and tell people...
