"Amy’s loft apartment was exactly what we were looking for to be in town and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Rocky Mountain National Park is less than an hour away; we hiked to Dream Lake at the Bear Lake entrance- a really nice day hike. The apartment was super clean and we loved the fresh modern/mountain decor. The bed was very comfortable too! We had a question about check-in and Amy responded immediately. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Estes Park....

"In town for a wedding. Everything went great and the rental was perfect for our family."

"The condo is very close to the park entrance yet far enough from busy roads to be very quiet. The small swimming pool was great for cooling off after hiking. "

"Spent 2 days in Rocky Mountain National Park, ate dinner downtown 3 nights and was able to walk to restaurants. Parking was mostly convenient, one night it was an issue, but had parking pass for the lot across the street."

"We loved our stay. We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues. "

"Property was as listed. Close to RMNP entrance. Easy walk to shops and places to eat. The parking was a bit funky but that was in part to how the first person to park there parked their vehicle. We parked in the town lot right across the street with no problems ( we did display the parking placard that was provided)"

"We enjoyed our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Estes. Property matched description and images well. It was very clean, comfy bed, and adequate kitchen. Our only complaint is its a lower level unit so we heard the people up stairs moving around a lot. "

"You have a lovely condo. My wife and I love the layout, the view, and all the amenities. We have named this as our home base, when we make trips once a month, while our home is being built. We will check with you before our next trip."

"Very clean, well located lodge with outdoor deck perfect for morning and evening coffee or meals. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms can be a little stuffy so open the windows or use the window unit A/C. The garbage disposal was not working and the toaster was broken but don't let this dissuade you as these are easy fixes. Definitely recommend. We would stay there again."
