The Space:

A 3-bedroom condo built for families and groups, one block off Frisco's Main Street. Park once, walk to dinner, and use Frisco as your base for four ski resorts. Sleeps 7 across three bedrooms, with a wood-burning fireplace for the cold nights.

The entire condo is yours for your stay. Free guest parking is available on site — no permit required.

The Neighborhood:

You're one block off Main Street in Frisco — the central hub of Summit County. Walk to restaurants, bars, breweries and shops, then base your days here for skiing, the lake, and the trails.

Getting Around:

Most guests drive in for a mountain trip, and a car is handy here. From Denver (DEN) it's roughly 1 hr 45 min west on I-70; check cotrip.org in winter and plan for AWD or chains over the passes.



Once you're here, the free Summit Stage bus connects Frisco to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon and Silverthorne — leave the car parked and ride to the slopes. Main Street is a 1–2 block walk for dining and shops. Free guest parking is on site.

No A/C — at Frisco's elevation, summer nights cool off fast; open the windows for a mountain breeze.



Not pet-friendly (HOA policy). Note: the owners occasionally bring their own pet, so guests with serious pet allergies should be aware.



No smoking of any kind inside the unit. No parties or events; maximum 7 guests. Check-in and checkout times are listed in your booking confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

We're a local team and we respect your privacy — check-in is fully contactless. We're a quick text or call away if you need anything: a dinner pick on Main Street, ski-bus timing, or trail and lake conditions. Otherwise, the place is entirely yours.
