"Our stay was pleasant and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub just down the stairs and a few steps away. In the condo, everything was nicely decorated, modern but also cozy. We appreciated the pull out sofa bed, the shower and bathrooms were in great condition (love the tile!) and hot water was not a problem. The beds and pillows were firm. Kitchenware and appliances were nice and new. We were there during down season (after ski but before summer), so...

"Nice, roomy apartment, close to Copper, Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail. Bus to Copper is right outside! The property abuts directly on the rec path and Mt. Royal out the back door, but is only a 10 minute walk to restaurants in the heart of Frisco."

"This is a really nice place and you can't beat the location. I stayed for 4 days with my brother and nephew while we were in the area to ski. It's a great location between all the resorts (10 min to Copper, 30 min to Vail, 15 min to Breck). Frisco is a bit quieter than Breckenridge and less busy, but still has great options for food and fun. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. I'd definitely say here again when I'm back in the area."

"Was doing a single day in Copper, and snow mobiling in Breck the next day. About 15 / 20 mins respectively via car. This place was exactly like the pictures, hip and cozy. The creek behind is magically in the winter. It's closer than I imagined to Main St where we walked to breakfast, lunch, and dinner on separate occasions."

"Came out here with my parents and fiancé on a ski trip in celebration of my birthday. It was conveniently located to I 70/grocery store/town, had great views of the mountains and Lake Dillon, easy parking/private garage and nice shared amenities. Short walk to the 3 outdoor hot tubs, which we had to ourselves every night. They list that there are grills available on property, but they are only supplied with propane in the summertime. "great location for summit county get away. walkable to main street frisco, trails and the great sound of a rushing river by the back door. If you're a light sleeper this may not be a good place for you, as the upstairs and next door neighbor activity can be heard at all hours of the day / morning /night"

"Property was very nice and kitchen well stocked. Owner notified us of code change for hot tub before we knew it had even changed. It is a small 2 bedroom but comfortable for the three of us and a fourth would have been fine. Very convenient to Frisco main street. We walked to everything in the evenings. We were not sure where to take trash and couldn't find it in the property book. Skiing Breck, Keystone, and Vail all short drive. Definitely would book again."
