"This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4...

"Great place to go after a hectic day with family. All the comforts of home and none of noise of staying in a hotel. The host was very quick to respond to every question and very accommodating. Bless his heart I changed my start date at the last minute without difficulty. I also early on extended my stay by one day because of a family outting and he was very accommodating. "Our stay was wonderful. The house was spacious and had many rooms for the kids to play in (hide and seek). Air conditioning was great, beds were comfy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to a UT game or the Smoky mountains!"

"The place was adorable and perfect space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was stocked with coffee/muffins/snacks and water. We were comfortable and happy! The neighborhood is fine but surrounding houses are a bit run down. They did a nice job updating this house though. "
