Nice and clean with a great terrace for relaxing. The hosts Johan and his mother Washington absolute faboulous hosts.

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!"

Me gustaría destacar que es necesario avisar si se lleva carro para reservar un puesto en el parqueo, ya que, una vez guardado, no se puede sacar hasta el día siguiente. Sin embargo, también es posible estacionarlo afuera sin inconvenientes, ya que los alrededores son muy seguros y cuentan con cámaras de vigilancia. Fue una experiencia agradable."

"Excellent stay. This is a family run hotel so very unofficial and welcoming making solo impromptu travel much easier when any reservation changes occur. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe staying there and felt more like home than a hotel. One of the owners was also immensely helpful towards helping me arrange last minute tours I wanted to do and really made my stay in Banos exceptional.

"Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibí, durante mi estadía mi señora madre murió en mi país de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volveré a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran."
