  • San Luis Pass er kendt for fiskeri, sejlsport, afskalning og smukke strande. Familiehuset har en stor side og fordæk med udsigt over bugten og bugten. Huset afslutter i øjeblikket en komplet ombygning og er klar til lejebestillinger. Huset er strandstil, med masser af store vinduer, og er en kort gåtur til en smuk, lang Texas strand. Huset er et 3 soveværelser, to bad og et stort loft med 2 queensize-senge. Fuldt møbleret og pænt indrettet første sal med en udtrækssofa, 46 'LCD SatTV, DVD, åbent køkken, granitbord, dejlige nye apparater og stor vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Tre komplette badeværelser, dit eget bad i skibsføreren. Nyligt ombygget i 2010 og klar til leje fra 5. juni. Har tre soveværelser, to queensize-senge, et fuldt, to dronninger på loftet med din egen SatTv og fold ud sofaen. Shelling på langs vores Texas kyster. Vi har kajaksejlads, dybhavsfiskeri, bugten fiskeri. Galveston har Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, gode restauranter og stranden.

Very nice house clean meet our needs for a family vacation.

The house was very clean,all the amenities we needed.very short distance to the beach.The owner was very helpful and answered and checked on us.We will be coming back!

Great place..

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was very clean, comfortable and the proximity to the beach was nice and best of all the beach was not full of people. We would highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we come back to this area and need a house of this size.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. We wanted a beach vacation and that is what this house delivers. The house is clean, spacious and has everything you need.

Quiet getaway

Nice relaxing area. We were able to find some great restaurants within a 20 mile radius. Beach just a couple of blocks away.

Second stay here!

The house is full of light, well-maintained and well-stocked! This was our second stay here and our family was very comfortable here. Another great beach weekend!

Our stay was nice but with the current weather there was no internet and lost power on our last night. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Thanksgiving Retreat

We love staying in this VRBO. We enjoy beautiful sunrises, and sunsets. The wrap around deck allows for views of the Gulf and bay. The house comes with plenty of cooking supplies that makes cooking meals easy. Plenty of covered parking, access to water, which makes beach clean up and and convenient. You can even watch TV if you want, but why when you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach.

Convenient Place

The place was good and roomy. The sheets upstairs we had to re-wash due to not being the cleanest but overall was a nice home and in a good neighborhood. Lots of updating and new homes going in.

Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Beryl, there were issues and complications with our stay. Paul is a great host and provided timely updates/communications. Book with confidence that you'll have a great experience.

Great for family vacation

We stayed here with 5 adults and 5 kids and we all fit just fine. Kitchen had all the items we needed and then some. 2 minute walk to the beach. Check in was super easy. We had a vehicle breakdown and couldn’t move it and Paul was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole process. Great location and great place. Thanks for sharing it with us Paul!

Perfect place for a getaway!

Love this VRBO. Nice location near San Louis Pass. It's our second time to stay at this house. This time we enjoyed daily flyovers from local Seahawks, Pelicans and many other birds. Love sunrises and sunsets. The house is clean. Has good assortment of cooking dishes and utensils which makes cooking a breeze. Beds are comfy, nice towels and linens. Plenty of room in the house and spacious deck, and covered parking We especially love the location and easy access to the beach and San Louis Pass.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests should be aware of our experience.We booked this property for a special family trip and pregnancy celebration. While the house provided enough space for our family, several advertised amenities were unavailable and multiple items in the home were not functioning properly.Before arrival, I was informed that the advertised golf cart was unavailable because a previous guest had driven it into the water. However, it was still being advertised as an amenity.During our stay, the dishwasher did not work, the washing machine contained visible black mold, the dryer displayed an error code and was unusable, an upstairs window was broken, one TV was not connected, and we encountered roaches in the kitchen. There was also no outdoor trash receptacle, resulting in animals getting into our trash and scattering it around the property.I reported these concerns during our stay and provided photos. The host was polite and offered a late checkout, which was appreciated, but the issues remained unresolved.This property appears to have been recently remodeled and may not have been fully ready for guests. For the price paid, I expected a clean, fully functional vacation rental with the amenities advertised. Unfortunately, it did not deliver the experience represented in the listing.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Nice house to stay in. 3 bedrooms plus the loft. (We never used) We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the deck and tables were perfect for early morning coffee and evening glasses of wine. Bird watching was easy. We could see Spoonbills, Ibis, Hawks, Sandpipers and more. Plenty of kitchen amenities that we were able to bake and prepare nice meals and watch the football games. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Nice covered roomy driveway was great! It's a peaceful area with easy access to the beach. Being at the Pass you able witness the drama of gulf as it erodes the eastern edge of Treasure Island area. We hope to stay here again.

Spontaneous Beach Break

We decided to take a last minute trip to the beach for spring break and we were able to book this gem of a beach house literally the day before. Paul was very quick with responses to questions and the house was clean and provided us with everything we needed. It was actually the easiest check in/out I've experienced with a vrbo. We had a lovely time. The water close to the house does not have a beach, it's a rocky jetty which is beautiful to take a stroll too, but the beach access isn't far and we were able to park right on the spot we chose to have our water and sand fun so everything was right where we needed it and we didn't have to lug our gear from a far parking lot. This spot near the San Luis pass was not crowded for break like everything is closer to Galveston so we loved it. Make sure to go grab dinner at Red Snapper Inn, it is fabulous!!! Would definitely come back to this spot!

Very nice home near a quiet stretch of beach

This is was wonderful property for a getaway with extended family. Close to a very nice, quiet, and clean stretch of beach. Property is as described in the listing and the owner was easily reachable and quick to respond to questions. Pro tip- bring lots of bug spray, the mosquitoes are abundant in the neighborhood!

Great house

This was a beautiful house, so spacious, lots of natural light and well laid out and furnished. It was an easy walk to the beach (our kids brought their scooters to make it faster!).

It was a very easy process. Paul was very responsive and did so quickly. We had no issues with the property and appreciated the easy of the whole process. Absolutely ready to go back.

Beach Trip July 2022

Very nice house. My family had a great week. We rented a golfcart to transport people and gear to the beach. I recommend that. The house was stocked well for cooking. The beach was not crowded. Good times. This property worked great for us.

Excellent Beach House! Nicely cared for, clean, very large and roomy. Nice amenities.

We really enjoyed staying at this beach house it would definitely be interested in renting in the future.
