"Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

"Check in was easy and simple. Location is perfect. House was spacious enough for our large family. This house is close to a 5 star review but it was dirty when we arrived. Even though the cleaning crew was still there finishing up at 5pm the house was still dirty. Crumbs on the bed, kitchen stove top not wiped down and floor was not swept.
