Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Hot tub: Please take note that the hot tub is no longer available as it is no longer operational.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay to offer assistance, and we can stay in touch via phone or email for any inquiries or support needed.

We had family from all over the world come in for an event at Calumet Lutheran. It was a great home for all of our siblings to gather, grill out, and catch up. Everything was clean and modern. The location worked out perfectly as well.

This is a beautiful, clean property with a lot of great amenities. We were disappointed to learn there is no longer a hot tub (the property manager corrected the listing), but were pleasantly surprised to find a ping pong table in addition to the pool table. Lots of space for three teenage boys, their parents, and a couple of cousins who paid a short visit to spread out. Even with some rainy days we were never bored. We cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and grilled out on the spacious deck. We’d recommend White Lake state park for the beach, with bathrooms, a little store, and a spot to put paddle boards in. Easy self check-in and out with the keypad. Quick communication with property management. Bet this house is just as great in the winter months!

I want to be fair in saying that this is a magnificent property. The house is well kept and the grounds are gorgeous. My issue was the fact that we rented this home for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding down the street at Camp Cody. The sole reason we rented the home was to ensure our 3 children who are twin 2.5 year olds and a 1 year old would be able to sleep for nap time between festivities and prepare for flower girl and ring bearer duties. The owner scheduled maintenance during the window of nap time that we were home, unannounced and had them enter the property while we were staying. I find this extremely upsetting and quiet frankly ruined the entire day. Not only did a stranger enter the facility we were renting, but he used loud machinery outside the childrens window. This woke them up and defeated the purpose of having the home in the first place for relaxation. This was no emergency situation either, it was routine winterizing if the home. In my opinion they should not be allowed to rent a property and simultaneously use it for money for rental. Had I know this was occurring I would not have selected this home out of the many other options available.

The most important thing to me besides location, is cleanliness. I knew the location was amazing but the house was so clean and comfortable. Felt right at home with all the amenities. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, very clean… on top of that amazing grounds, hot tub, pool table, full house sound system, garage … it’s just a great property. You won’t be disappointed!

My friends and I had a great experience with this property Memorial Day Weekend! The property is great with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and amenities throughout. Check-in and check-out was seamless and communication with the host was prompt.
