"This is a very nicely appointed new home with an easy drive to Kanab center. I wouldn’t say that it’s within “walking distance” to any nearby Kanab attractions as listed, but Kanab is an easy drive of just a few minutes. The home is comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend if visiting the Kanab area."

"Convenient location right by shuttle bus stop to Zion and for walking around Springdale. Clean, comfortable. Good layout with two bedrooms/two baths upstairs and kitchen/living room downstairs. Nice view from the upstairs deck out one of the bedrooms. It was perfect for us (family with one adult child); I wish we could have stayed longer."

"Amazing Zion stay! The Vrbo exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the park, close to restaurants and the bus stop. "Beautiful views. Close enough to Zion to enjoy everything but remote. Screen shot the entry info log before you get to the property. Chances are fair that you won't have cell service (that was welcome) but wifi in the house was good. Host was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"The location was perfect for us. The location was centrally located for us to visit Zion, Horse shoe Bend, Bryce Cannon, Navaho Bridge and the Belly of the Dragon. "Excellent location and a cozy vibe. Nice jumping off point for our family of four to explore Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon and more. Walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Showers have good pressure! Nice collection of games and nice outdoor space. House has some quirks (limited privacy) and no dishwasher (noted in the description but listed as an amenity) but was an awesome home base for our week in April."

"I was so impressed with this house and location! The house was in immaculate condition and we could tell they care about what they do. We had a lot of room for the six people we had. The house was located by an amazing restaurant called the Iron Horse as well as a delicious coffee truck. The hosts were very welcoming and communicated wonderfully!"

"We were doing a road trip and picked this location to stay because it was with 2 hours of most of what we wanted to do. We loved the cabin, everything we needed and so quiet and peaceful at night. All of the beds were super comfortable and host was very polite in communications. We had no need to contact during our stay, but the host is also on property. Would defenately stay there again if in the area. We visited Zion, Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon plus multiple other locations while there."
